PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To open the required number of through holes along a tear- predetermined part to suitably set the tearing strength of the tear-predetermined part, and position the tear-predetermined part inwardly to shut off the respective through holes from the outside. SOLUTION: A skin 25 consists of a first skin part 26 mounted correspondingly to the external surface of a base material 11, a second skin part 27 mounted correspondingly to the external surface of an air bag door 20, and a skin connecting part 28 connecting these skin parts 26, 27. A tear-predetermined part 30 having plural through holes 31 is formed in the skin connecting part 28. The respective through holes 31 of the tear-predetermined part 30 are shut off from the outside by a first skin piece part 28A and a second skin piece part 28B which are folded to adhere closely to each other. |
