PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food product that is prepared by utilizing soybean hypocotyl with decreased bitter taste. SOLUTION: The objective soybean hypocotyls-utilizing food product comprises 1 pt.wt. of soybean isoflavone and 1-150 pts.wt. of one or two or more kinds of the salts of organic acids, preferably 1-40 pts.wt. of one or two or more kinds of sodium salt selected from citric acid, malic acid, ascorbic acid, tartaric acid and gluconic acid. |
