PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a processed product made from egg oil, wherein odor and bitterness thereof each peculiar to egg oil are reduced, capable of being mixed into popular foods, and to provide a method of processing egg oil. SOLUTION: This processed product involves an egg oil-containing candy which is a solid matter wherein at least egg oil and millet jelly are mixed together. An egg oil powder is such a powdery matter as to be preferably obtained by heating an egg oil-containing mixture comprising at least egg oil and millet jelly, or at least egg oil and sugar, followed by crushing the thus heated mixture. |
