SOLUTION: This acne medicine, comedon production inhibitor or cosmetic composition contains one or more ingredients selected from whey and a Phellodendron amurense Ruprecht extract, and further one or more plant extracts selected from Scutellaria baicalensis Geoegi, Symphytum officinale Linne, and Glycine max (L.)Merrill (G. hirsta Maxim.). Thereby, the acne medicine or comedon production inhibitor is effective for preventing or treating skin diseases such as the acne or inflammatory chapped skin caused by the acne. In addition, the composition can be used for general drinks, general foods, and so on. |
