PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet recording method and an ink jet recording device which can relax and control curls and wrinkles, and further to provide an ink jet recording method and an ink jet recording device which can not only relax and control curls and wrinkles but also form recording images having excellent image qualities, water resistance and drying property. SOLUTION: This ink jet recording method and the ink jet recording device have a characteristic that an ink comprising at least a coloring material, a water-soluble organic solvent and water is adhered to a recording medium containing at least one organic substance selected from the group consisting of 1,1,1-tris(hydroxymethyl)propane, monosaccharides, oligosaccharides and sugar alcohols to form a recording image to the surface of the recording medium. |
