PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder coating materials which can be coated on a wide variety of the conventional zinc-plated steel plates without causing the problems of primary adhesiveness and secondary one which have been observed with the conventional powder coating materials when coated on zinc-plated steel plates. SOLUTION: In a powder coating material comprising an acid-terminated polyester resin and an epoxy resin or aβ-hydroxyalkylamide (a curing agent), the powder coating material composition contains 3-40 wt.%, preferably 5-20 wt.% one or more resins having a number average molecular weight of 8,000-100,000 selected from an acrylic resin, a polyester urethane based resin, a polyester based resin, a styrenic resin, and a polyethylene based resin as the resin to be added in the coating material.
