PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the outer looking of a finished surface without generation of damage of ceramic boards in a wall surface finishing structure using the ceramic boards. SOLUTION: This is a wall surface finishing structure by mounting tile-like ceramic boards onto a surface of a building frame 10 of a building, and comprises a plurality of substrate pannels 20 arranged on and attached to the surface of the building frame 10, adhesive tape pieces 30 which cover seams between the pannels 20, have adhesive surfaces on their surfaces opposite to the pannels 2 and non adhesive surfaces on the reverse surfaces, and can deform elastically easily, ceramic boards 40 layed on surfaces of the pannels 20 with the pieces 30 interposed therebetween, and adhesion parts 42 which are made of elastic adhesive, which are scatteredly positioned on rear surfaces of the boards 40, and which adheres the boards 40 to the pannels 20.
