PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a boom working vehicle making the most of useful mounting space to the maximum and securing elevating/lowering safety to a work bench. SOLUTION: This boom working vehicle 1 is constituted by providing a step 20 for elevating/lowering a work bench 8 disposed on a vehicle body 3 just under the work bench 8 so as to be covered with the work bench 8 from an upper side at a storing attitude of a boom and a lower boom operating device 10 to perform an oscillating operation of the work bench 8 on the vehicle body 3 side, exposing the step 20 in a plane view by oscillating the work bench 8 on the upper side of the step 20 by operating the lower boom operating device 10 and utilizing the step 20 so as to be elevatable/lowerable to/from a work bench 8. In a rear storing type boom working vehicle, it is desirable that the step 20 for elevating/lowering is disposed at a rear end part of the vehicle body 3.
