PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet material conveyor making it easier to guide the end of a sheet material to be conveyed to the nip part of a conveying roller, and preventing the sheet material from being deflected when conveyed, and a high-quality sheet material processor preventing blurring of images by conveying the sheet material by means of the sheet material conveyor. SOLUTION: In the clamping parts provided in plural positions, at least a pressure roller C16 (driven rotor of a clamping part located downstream of the path of conveyance for sheet material) has its sheet material abutting surface formed of a high friction member.
