PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for heating vacuum forming which can prevent the temperature decrease of a molding material while being conveyed to a molding mold after being heated and softened and the dislocation of the material and the mold. SOLUTION: A vacuum forming apparatus 1 is divided roughly into a heating part A, a vacuum forming part B, and a mold forming trim part C. A foamed core 5 is covered in advance with silicone rubber sheets 6, 7. Through holes 10 are formed in the lower sheet 7, and the sheets 6, 7 have outer frames 8, 9. The core 5 is heated and softened in the heating part A while being covered with then sheets 6, 7. The softened core 5 is conveyed to a molding mold 16 arranged in the vacuum forming part B and set. During conveyance and vacuum forming, the core 5 is held by using the frames 8, 9 and vacuum-formed by being evacuated in the vacuum forming part B. |
