PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for mounting a vehicular battery capable of protecting the battery mounted on a rear of a car body. SOLUTION: This structure for mounting a vehicular battery includes a battery mounting 11 for mounting a battery arranged on a floor 1 in a rear of a car body. A rear suspension cross member 4 is extended under the floor 1 along a car width direction, and the battery mounting 11 is arranged in an area 1a of the floor 1 corresponding to a width L of the rear suspension cross member 4 in a longitudinal direction of the car body in plan view.
