PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify machine body assembling work and hydraulic piping work, and to improve maintenance performance, in a traveling vehicle for working wherein equipment such as a PTO shifting case, a hydraulic pump for travelling, a hydraulic pump for working, a hydraulic valve related to travelling, and a hydraulic valve related to working are integrated. SOLUTION: In a PTO shifting case 13 changing the speed of working power, a hydraulic pump 14 for travelling and a hydraulic pump 15 for working are integrally assembled to compose a shifting/hydraulic assembly 12. In a travelling machine body 1 provided with the shifting/hydraulic assembly 12 in a lower space S of a driver's seat 11, hydraulic valves 30, 33 related to working or travelling are integrally assembled on an upper part of the shifting/hydraulic assembly 12.
