PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive heat-shrinkable film reduced in natural shrinkage and having good shrink characteristics and excellent adhesion. SOLUTION: A heat-shrinkable film is produced by stretching a film consisting of 95-5 wt.% of a first layer comprising a styrene/budadiene copolymer and 5-95 wt.% of a second layer comprising a styrene/butadiene/acrylic ester copolymer by 1-3 times in its longitudinal direction and by 1-5 times in its lateral direction.
