PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such the problem that in the case of performing bias cutting by a conventional device for a cement molded board, in which long fiber is adopted as reinforcing fiber, long fiber exists so as to reach chips from the remaining part to be cut of the cement molded board and cutting of the same is not smoothly performed. SOLUTION: The edge parts 1, which have blade surfaces 1a along or nearly along a section intended by cutting of the cement molded board A, are projected and provided toward the cement molded board A from the body parts of the second cutting blades B2, B3 in the most adjacent part of the second cutting blades B2, B3 and a first cutting blade B1.
