PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine wherein an electric current of an electrode in opposition to an electrode of the surface of the skin is passed to open pores of the skin or skin grooves, thereby scraping out the soils in the pores or grooves of the skin, and to provide a machine wherein an electric current of the same electrode as a toilet water is passed to utilize repulsion forces thereof so that toilet water is easily passed through the skin.
