PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spawning bank for fish made of artificial seaweed which prevents the collapse of a tide embankment, etc., due to a flow of earth and sand and also urges the spawning of fish such as sandfish and herring spawning on coastal seaweed beds by being installed in sea water. SOLUTION: In the spawning bank for fish made of artificial seaweed which is installed in sea water and urges the spawning of fish on coastal seaweed beds, the artificial seaweed 3A is formed of a lengthy flexible honeycomb-like pillar-shaped body 3 which is formed by inserting an another leaflike body 6 in a sinusoidal plate-like form into a gap 7a formed between plural lengthy leaflike bodies 4 and 5 placed side by side in such a way as to face each other and a lengthy branch body 8 attached to the pillar-shaped body 3 at a suitable interval in a branched state.
