PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily carry out the lifting, lowering and driving of a working device in an operating structure for a working vehicle. SOLUTION: This structure for operating the working vehicle is composed by installing an artificially operated operating tool 36 on the lower side of a steering wheel 23 so that the lifting operation for lifting and driving a working device 3 to a prescribed height with a driving mechanism 4 and the lowering operation for lowering and driving the working device 3 until the working device 3 contacts the ground with the driving mechanism 4 are carried out by operating the operating tool 36. When the operating tool 36 is operated in a state of the working device 3 on the way to perform either one of the lifting operation and lowering operation, the state is changed over to a state in which the other of the lifting operation and the lowering operation is performed.
