PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable leveling plates installed in both right and left sides of a leveling plate for puddling a field to be automatically closed at the vicinity of a levee, or the like. SOLUTION: Right and left opening and closing devices 5 and 6 for opening and closing right and left leveling plates 3 and 4 formed at both sides of a leveling plate 16 at the rear part of a rotary harrow 2 for carrying out the tillage for puddling, the puddling, or the like, attached to the rear part of a tractor, and for leveling the field, are installed and the operation of the right and left opening and closing devices 5 and 6 is controlled by a controller based on the difference of the distance from the field surface, detected by right and left height sensors 40 and 41.
