PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die made of a composite material for producing electronic parts whose inside has high strength while the surface is hard and has wear resistance. SOLUTION: The die 24 has ceramics parts 40a and 40b enriched in ceramics at the sides of the inner circumferential face and the outer circumferential face, and a metallic part 44 enriched in metal at the ceramics part 40a and 40b respectively via gradient parts 42a and 42b. The gradient parts 42a and 42b are composed in such a manner that the ratio of the metallic components is gradually reduced or gradually increased. |
