PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to spray liquid drops in a large quantity without necessitating to provide plural discharge nozzles or to make a pressure chamber for filling a liquid large-sized to spray in a large quantity like the conventional by adding suction force to a negative space with the driving force in a pressure chamber to efficiently disperse the liquid drops. SOLUTION: This liquid drop discharge device is provided with a liquid discharge means 4 for discharging the liquid in a float vessel 2 communicated with a liquid storage tank 1, a reaction vessel for recovering the discharged liquid and a pressure difference adjusting pipe 10 having a opening valve 7 to keep the internal pressure P2 of the float vessel 2 and the internal pressure P3 of the reaction vessel 3 to a fixed relation between the float vessel 2 and the reaction vessel 3, a driving circuit 43 for driving a pressurizing source 41 of the liquid discharge means 4 is connected to a controller 8 and the controller 8 is connected to a pressure sensor 31 for detecting the internal pressure of the reaction vessel 3 and the opening valve 7. The internal pressure P1 of the liquid storage tank 1 is controlled to be larger than the internal pressure P3 of the reaction vessel 3.
