PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray fluoroscopy photographing apparatus which the photographing system can be adhered easily to the examinee in spite of the variation of size of a photographing system mounted on a C-shape arm. SOLUTION: The C-shape arm 1 is held by the C-arm holder 1a which is disposed at the lower end part of the ceiling hanging part 12. The X-ray tube 3 is fitted to one end of the C-shape arm 1, and the flat panel X-ray detector 6 is fitted on the other side end of the C-shape arm 1 opposing to the X-ray tube 3. Fitting of flat panel X-ray detector 6 to the C-arm 1 is achieved by the holding arm 8 to hold the slide holding mechanism 7, to the fitting board 10 having the sliding mechanism 9 and fixed to the C-arm 1. The slide holding mechanism 7 holds flat panel X-ray detector 6 as moving possible to the direction of crossing to the center axis O (X-ray radiation axis) of X-ray beam irradiated from the X-ray tube 3. By this configuration, the flat panel X-ray detector 6 can be adhered to the examinee 5, by the movement of the slide holding mechanism 7 by slide mechanism 9 to the direction of radiation axis O-direction, and movement of flat panel X-ray detector 6 by slide holding mechanism 7 to the direction crossing X-ray radiation axis of the flat panel X-ray detector 6.
