PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonograph of high resolving power by correcting the offset and the variance in the gain attributable to an analog circuit bearing an ultrasonic oscillator and an AD converter. SOLUTION: In order to correct the offset to be added by an amplifier 13 and a low-pass filter 15 on a route from an ultrasonic oscillator 11 to an AD converter 17, and the variance in the gain between the received signals, a digital adder 18 and a digital multiplier 19 are disposed on a rear stage of the AD converter 17. These operators are provided on each received signal line, and forms the ultrasonic beam with excellent accuracy by setting an appropriate correction value to remove the offset, and correcting the variance in the gain between the received signals.
