PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clean outer glass walls of high-rise buildings without using a gondola, protect workers from dirt, clean uniformly and clean the edges of outer glass walls easily and fast even when there are glass frames. SOLUTION: A rotary cam 17 is installed on a driving motor 15 secured to a support bracket 13. A shaft 21 is installed on the support bracket 13 in such way that it can move back and forth freely. The both end portions of the shaft 21 are secured to immobile brackets 22, 22 which are then secured to the back of a belt-shaped vibrating plate 25. A cam receiver 27, which engages with the rotary cam 17, is installed on the shaft 21. The vibrating plate 25 is secured to the cam receiver 27. The rotation of the rotary cam 17 moves the cam receiver 27 back and forth and vibrates the vibrating plate 25. A cleaning mat 31 is installed on the surface of the vibrating plate 25 detachably.
