PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary makeup tool for the eyebrows, a fastener for the makeup tool, and a makeup method wherein the eyebrows can be made up in a short time and, in addition, the left and right eyebrows can be made well-balanced. SOLUTION: The auxiliary makeup tool is made of a synthetic resin board, and when the tool is used, it is pressed against a forehead. A pattern of an eyebrow is engraved on the tool. The periphery of the engraved pattern of eyebrow is bordered with a color different from the original color of the synthetic resin. The pattern can be formed into a shape so as to represent only the upper end line of the eyebrow, or the pattern having the shape of the eyebrow can be made approximately symmetrical with respect to the center line of a face so that the pattern can be split into two parts. When the makeup tool is pressed against a forehead to draw an eyebrow along the pattern engraved on the tool, the tool can be fixed to the head or the forehead.
