PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative cloth and also a method for producing the same as a new procedure for decorating cloth, e.g. leather, artificial leather and synthetic leather. SOLUTION: This decorative cloth using a resin is composed of cloth 1 and resin section 2 of silicone or the like provided in the cloth 1, wherein the resin section 2 is poured into each hole 1a in the cloth 1, cured and adhered to the cloth 1 in such a way that its decorative face is exposed. Mosaic or stained glass type decoration can be realized by coloring the transparent resin with a pigment or coloring the surface of the decorative face 2a.
