PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic agent composition excellent in durability and antistatic performance. SOLUTION: This antistatic agent composition contains a urethane compound having at least one cationic group and thermally reactive groups and a phosphoric acid-based anionic activator having an anionic group. The urethane compound has at least one cationic group, an isocyanate component blocked by a thermally dissociable blocking agent, and active hydrogen atoms reactive with the isocyanate component after regenerated by the thermal dissociation. The anionic activator is composed of a polyoxyethylene (mono- or di-) alkylphosphoric acid (alkali metal salt and/or ammonium salt). The urethane compound and the anionic activator form a complex by the ionic bonding between the cationic group of the former and the anionic group of the latter.
