PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file implement capable of arbitrarily simply mounting or dismounting sheets for a file in response to a few or many number of cards to be contained by a user and having good handleability. SOLUTION: The filing implement 1 comprises a file implement body 2 formed in a planar rectangular shape, a plurality of rings 3 for detachably filing sheets 10 for a file, and a coupler 4 or 24 formed in a plate-like or round bar-like state for fixing and coupling the rings 3 at a predetermined interval at ends of the rings 3 or parts except the ends in a stood state and forming parts except the fixing parts of the rings 3 in mounting pieces at the body 2. Then, the implement 1 also comprises a binding implement 5 of the sheets 10 for the file mounted by covering the mounting pieces with a coating piece 7 attached to the central inside of the body 2 while attaching the mounting pieces to the inside of the bendable center of the body 2.
