PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet of a melamine resin which shows an outstanding surface performance the same as that possessed by a decorative sheet of a high pressure melamine resin and also superb cold processing properties and reliable dimensional stability. SOLUTION: This decorative sheet of a melamine resin is composed of (A) a surface layer consisting of a melamine resin impregnated paper and (B) at least one metallic foil and/or one thermoplastic resin sheet as a bottom layer or an intermediate layer. The resin with which the melamine resin impregnated paper is impregnated is preferably a mixed resin of the melamine resin and an aqueous thermoplastic resin.
