PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative panel excellent in curved surface workability such as rounding and V-cutting work and excellent in antistaining properties or surface smoothness, and a method for simply producing the same. SOLUTION: The antistaining properties and abrasion resistance of the surface of a decorative panel are improved by laminating a polyester film peeled heretofore to the surface of the decorative panel as it is without peeling the same but, in consideration of the production efficiency or workability of the decorative panel, the polyester film is laminated by an ultraviolet curable compsn.
