PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent a vulcanized large tire from being wound when it is taken out of a vulcanization apparatus. SOLUTION: In a vulcanization apparatus wherein main bones 68 for forming lug channels on an unvulcanized tire are provided on bottom and top side molds 32 and 37 and a sector mold 43, circular arcs 78 are respectively formed on each of edges between top faces 76 and mold dividing faces 77 of the central parts 73 of the main bones 68 provided on the sector mold 43. As the result, when a vulcanized large tire is taken out, even when diameter expansion of the sector mold and carrying-out of the vulcanized large tire are approximately simultaneously performed, the smoothly curved circular arc parts 78 are brought into contact with channel bottoms of the lug channels and tread faces.
