SUBSTANCE: apparatus has agricultural waste collector and methane tank with acid fermentation chamber, neutral fermentation chamber, alkali fermentation chamber and methane fermentation chamber, with all fermentation chambers being equipped with dispersers. Methane fermentation chamber of methane tank is connected to fermenter including two stages, which are divided by transverse perforated walls into sections. Hollow glass balls located on perforated walls are adapted for cultivating chlorella and sulfur bacteria. Sections are communicated via overflow pipes. Mash is delivered from methane tank chamber to top section of each stage and is directed via overflow pipes to lower sections. Chlorella and sulfur bacteria process mash from agricultural wastes in sections of each stage of fermenter. Methane produced during processing is directed from top section of upper stage of fermenter to gas turbine of electric generator drive. Bottom section of upper stage of fermenter is connected through belt-type press filter to drier for obtaining protein-vitamin additive and to dynamic disintegrator for obtaining heavy water. Bottom section of lower stage of fermenter is connected to through belt-type press filter to drier for obtaining protein-vitamin additive and to dynamic disintegrator for obtaining superheavy water. Sludge is discharged from methane fermentation chamber to press filter with drier for producing biofertilizer. Apparatus of such construction allows agricultural wastes to be completely processed and wider range of by-products to be obtained.
