SOLUTION: In a locking clip 10 attached to a side branching a seat belt 1 into a waist belt 1a and a shoulder belt 1b and preventing a child seat 52 from loosening the locking clip 10 is provided with a ratchet mechanism enhancing its tightness by pulling the seat belt 1 in a retractor side. |
