PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tea leaf straining bag, wherein the disposal of used tea leaves is easy, and also, the flavor and the taste of high quality tea can be well extracted, and the folding expands to the bottom so that the tea can be tasted under the optimal state, and its manufacturing device. SOLUTION: In this tea leaf straining bag, a folded section only, which comes into contact on the inner peripheral surface 3 at least at one end of a filtering material 1, which is formed of a square bag, and wherein confronted two surfaces from among the four surfaces are folded inward, is bonded. Also, the manufacturing device of this tea leaf straining bag is constituted in such a manner that confronted rotating shafts are provided on sides of a fixed electrode located under a movable electrode, which is provided in the direction to pinch the filtering material, and a pair of thin plate disks of a non-weldable material, which enter the folded sections of the tea leaf straining bag, are disposed. |
