PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding excellent in balance between rigidity and surface hardness, and impact resistance. SOLUTION: This vinyl compound-modified olefinic polymer composition comprises [I] 1-95 pts.wt. vinyl compound-modified olefinic polymer obtained by graft-polymerizing (B) an aromatic vinyl compound or the like on (A) an olefinic polymer having 0.01-10 dl/g intrinsic viscosity [η], in a plug flow reacting vessel, [II] 99-5 pts.wt. thermoplastic polymer having >=30 deg.C glass transition temperature (Tg) measured by DSC (with the proviso that the total of the components [I] and [II] is 100 pts.wt.), and can be used as a resin modifier. The thermoplastic polymer composition comprises the before components [I] and [II], and [III] a thermoplastic polymer having <30 deg.C glass transition temperature Tg, in a specific proportion, and can be used as moldings. |
