PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube inside introducing device constituted compactly by revolving a casing tube by using a wheel. SOLUTION: In this tube inside introducing device 1 capable of sucking water and other liquid stayed within a gas supply inner tube and discharging water and other liquid to the outside of a tube, a stand 10 is connected with a storing device 6 for storing a easing tube 2, a guide part 4 for holding a drawn attitude, a rotation advancing device 5 for delivering the casing tube 2 and a water sealing device 8. The rotation advancing device 5 is constituted so that one wheel 15 revolving the easing tube 2 in a peripheral direction may be freely rotatably journalled.
