PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent thermal discoloration in melt spinning of a vinyl chloride- based resin composition thermally stabilized with a hydrotalcite-based stabilizer and metallic soap without adding a tin-based stabilizer. SOLUTION: In the discoloration-prevented vinyl chloride-based resin fiber formed by spinning a vinyl chloride-based resin composition, the vinyl chloride- based resin composition mainly comprises 100 pts.wt. of polyvinyl chloride(PVC) resin, 0.8-3 pts.wt. of the hydrotalcite-based stabilizer, 0.25-2 pts.wt. of zinc soap and calcium soap and 0.1-0.4 pts.wt. ofβ-diketone.
