PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pharmacologically useful compound, especially capable of binding with an opioide receptor (e.g.;μ,κandδ-opioide receptors). SOLUTION: This 4-arypyperidine derivative is a compound of general formula I (Het1 is a 5-, 6-or 7-membered heterocyclic ring containing at least 1 nitrogen atom and >=1 hetero atom allowed to be selected from oxygen or sulfur, and the characteristics of the heterocyclic ring is any of completely saturated, partially not saturated or aromatic; T, X, R1 to R3 are each a specific substituting group) or its pharmacologically or as veterinary permissible derivative. The medicine for treating or preventing diseases such as pruritus mediated by an opioide receptor is obtained by mixing the above compound with a pharmaceutically or as veterinary permissible adjuvant, diluent or carrier.
