PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tonneau cover holder capable of reducing manufacturing cost and improving ease of using a baggage room. SOLUTION: This tonneau cover holder 15, which detachably retains a tonneau cover body 30 winding and storing a tonneau cover 30a in a baggage room, is provided with a pair of holder bodies 19 fixed on both side members 5 in the baggage room 3 and extend in the front/rear direction respectively, a front holder part 21 fitted at the front part of the cabin inside and retaining one end of the tonneau cover body 30, a rear holder part 22 fitted at the rear of the side in the cabin inside of the holder body 19 and retaining one end of the tonneau cover body 30, and a seat belt insertion part 18 recess-provided at the mounting surface 16 of the holder body 19 and guiding a seat belt 10 drawn out from a retractor 13 in cooperation with the side member 5.
