PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and surely interrupt or finish a soil-disinfection work without scattering an agrochemical liquid in outer air by disposing an air hole in a suction pipe intruded into an agrochemical liquid tank at a place above the tank, because the agrochemical liquid is flowed in the pipe, when the air hole is closed, while air is changed in the pipe to surely stop the agrochemical liquid, when the air hole is opened. SOLUTION: This soil-disinfecter is obtained by loading an agrochemical liquid tank capable of storing the agrochemical liquid and an agrochemical liquid pump capable of sucking the agrochemical liquid from the agrochemical liquid tank through the suction pipe on a machine frame tractively connected to a mobile driving car such as a tractor. Therein, a closable air hole is disposed at a point of the suction pipe above the agrochemical liquid tank.
