PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a hose-winding reel from being left to stand outdoors and prevent the deterioration of a water sprinkling hose by UV. SOLUTION: The hose-winding reel 3 communicating with a water-supply piping 4 and composed of a rotating spindle having a water supply mouth to which the base end of a hose is attached is constituted in such a way as to be stored in an underground box 1 provided with an openable lid 2. If necessary, the revolution of the reel is electrically driven to perform unwinding and winding by a remote control system.
