PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a grinder from being enlarged by installing a sizing device on the grinder. SOLUTION: This installing device for a sizing device in a grinder is formed out of a column 11 erected at the bed 1, a bracket 12 mounted to the column, a turning support member 13 which is vertical to the bracket and the axial line of a work W, and is vertically erected, or rotatably so fixed as to be freely rotated around the horizontal axial line, a sizing device 10 so mounted to the turning support member as to be advanced/retreated, and of an actuator 14 rotatably driving the turning support member in such a way that the filler 10a of the sizing device takes an operating position faced to the work, and takes an evacuation position where the sizing device does not interfere with the fast head stock and tail stock of a machine tool. Turning around an axial line normal to the axial line of the work attached to the sizing device, thereby allows the filler of the sizing device in turning to be positioned to the operating position faced to the work, and to the evacuation position where the sizing device does not interfere with the fast head stock and tail stock of the machine tool.
