The ECU 38 controls the ignition timing of an ignition drive unit 34 to drive an ignition plug 32 so that the spark discharge is performed at the final ignition timing HSig. According to this, since the final ignition timing HSig is calculated so as to stabilize the engine rotating speed in not a specified rotating speed but various rotating speeds, the hunting can be suppressed in various rotating speeds.
