PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enclosing-sealing apparatus which enables integrated execution of processes from printing to sealing by combination with a printing machine or a copying machine. SOLUTION: An automated enclosing-sealing apparatus 100 is equipped with a taking-in means 1 which takes in printed paper discharged from a printer 200, a folding means 4 which folds up the paper taken in by the taking-in means, an enclosing means 5 which encloses in an envelope the paper folded by the folding means, by one or a plurality of sheets thereof as a unit, a sealing means 5 which seals the envelope wherein the paper is enclosed and conveying means 2 and 3 which convey the paper between the above means. The taking-in means 1 can be fitted removably to a paper discharge opening of the printer 200 and it is integrated with the printer. According to this constitution, a printed matter can be enclosed and sealed, with the secrecy thereof maintained.
