PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a book which is legible to the aged and an amblyopic person, under the advent of an increased aged population period, who suffer the difficult to read characters due to the deterioration of their eyesight. SOLUTION: This book friendly to an eyesight is a book legible to the aged and an amblyopic person under a book size category of A4 with a type size of not less than 14-point and not more than 16-point. In addition, for showing the reading of a Chinese character by printing Kana at its side, Hirakana or Katakana of the same character size as the character of a text is used in the same line as the character of the text.
