PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the insufficiency of a surface resistance to staining such as seen in a conventional decorative laminated sheet and also eliminate the easy susceptibility to curling in the case of an EB decorative laminated sheet having a sheetlike base material. SOLUTION: In order to address the issues of insufficient surface resistance to staining and easy susceptability to curling, a melamine acrylate compound having preferably two or more reactive hydroxyl groups is used for the formation of a surface protecting layer. In addition, for a crosslinking agent, an isocyanate compound or a polyfunctional acrylate compound is preferably used.
