PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow double-layer molding, in which a high void ratio is obtained, the exterior appearance of which is excellent, the strength of which has no uncertainty and a mold assembly for molding hollow two layers, with which a three-dimensional hollow double-layer molding having a value-added skin layer can be manufactured. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method of a hollow double-layer molding and this mold assembly for molding hollow two layers, the molding part of a core layer hollow molding and the molding part of a skin are provided in one fixed or movable mold, so as to shift the core layer hollow molding in order to form the skin layer over the whole surface of the core layer hollow molding, resulting in obtaining a high void ratio and allowing to manufacture a three-dimensional hollow double-layer molding, which has an excellent exterior appearance, the strength of which has no uncertainty and the skin layer of which has values added.
