PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly incorporate a concrete quick setting agent into flowable concrete in a short time. SOLUTION: This concrete discharge device is constituted so as to form a circulation chamber 28 for incorporating a liquid chemical-containing compressed air from an air bore head 6, a nozzle plate 3 and a shoot tube 4 as an introducing pipe for concrete to uniformly mix a liquid chemical in compressed air and to jet the liquid chemical-containing compressed air containing the liquid chemical to a mixing chamber 5 from a nozzle 12 in the periphery of the nozzle plate 3.
