PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee secure electric connection between a connection terminal and a connection piece by providing the terminal with a groove so that they can come into contact with each other at two points, a flexible portion can be made flat and make it easier to insert or pull a hose into or out of a vacuum cleaner body by solving the inconvenience that the connection terminal bites into the connection piece and won't pull out. SOLUTION: A conductive connection piece 11 is disposed near a suction hole 5 of a vacuum cleaner body 1, on a connection pipe 15 of a hose 14 is disposed a conductive connection terminal 16 which comes into contact with the connection piece 11 when the house 14 is connected with the vacuum cleaner body 1 and a groove 17 is formed axially on at least part of the outer circumference of the connection terminal 16.
