PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag-in-box capable of enhancing the strength of the shoulder of a PET resin-made container molded through biaxially oriented blow-molding and preventing the shoulder from bursting in transportation or generation of a pinhole. SOLUTION: This bag-in box has a PET resin-made container 14 molded through biaxially oriented blow molding. The container 14 is provided with a closed-end body 16 having substantially rectangular side faces, an opened neck 18 arranged at one end side of the body 16, and a shoulder 20 disposed between the neck 18 and the body 16. The shoulder 20 has a sloping shape curved to be protruded outward and a plurality of circular ribs 34 are formed in the vicinity of the boundary between the shoulder 20 and the body 16.
