PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an instantaneous joining in continuous form of a material to be joined made of a fluoroplastic, an imide-based resin or the like. SOLUTION: A first vibrating rod 10 driven by a first vibrator 8 and a second vibrating rod 19 driven by a second vibrator 17 are arranged in parallel and opposite to each other so as to overlappingly arrange a plurality of materials 7 to be joined between both the vibrating rods 10 and 19. By pinching the materials 7 to be joined between both the vibrating rods 10 and 19, the materils 7 to be joined are joined together under pressure. In this case, the phases of both the vibrating rods 10 and 19 are shifted spatially and staggered timely by 90 deg., resulting in allowing to instantaneously and uniformly join the whole region of the joining parts of the materials 7 to be joined. |
